How to make Raw Chocolate

Warm up the Coconut butter by placing in a pot of hot water on the stove until the water starts to boil. You will know when the coconut butter is ready - when it becomes very runny. Pour it into a large wooden mixing bowl.

    • 1 jar of Artisana Coconut butter

    • 1/4 Cup 1/2 cup of Raw Cacao Powder (non-GMO, organic brand)

    • 1 heaping tablespoon of mesquite powder

    • 1-4 1 heaping table spoon cup of maca powder

    • 1 TBS. Raw honey

    • 1/2  organic pure vanilla

    • 1 TSP. of  Shilajit (2 pinches) (optional)

    • Lucuma Powder (Optional)

    • Ormus (optional)

Add your favorite fresh or dried fruit,
or add wheat grass powder for super green chocolate delight

Put top ingredients in a bowl and mix together (use wooden spoon)

Mix the coconut butter, cacao powder, mesquite powder and maca into a bowl.
add the raw honey as you mix and keep adding the honey until it’s easy to swirl.
Mix until all the white coconut particles dissipate.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.

You can use the Artisana jar to put the chocolate into for storing and immediately place in fridge for 1 hour.
Or…shape the chocolate however you choose using containers of the shape of your choosing.
