Organic Ingredients – Avocado Spread:
1 ripe avocado
2 Tablespoons Avocado or olive oil
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
1.5 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 Tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Wraps
4 rice wraps (can use gluten-free wraps)
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup sliced cucumber
2 cup sliced tomatoes
Preparation:
Spoon 2 Tablespoon of avocado spread onto each wrap then add 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup spinach leaves, 1/2 cup tomato, and cucumber slices. Fold ends in
towards the center then roll wrap.
Dip it in the avocado spread and eat. Enjoy!
