How To Make the Lemon Ginger Blast

The Lemon Ginger Blast will clean and wash the system from the inside out. Drinking this on a daily basis is like doing enzyme and mineral therapy. This is a very powerful drink that Lou has been thriving on for over 27 years.

Lemon ginger blast drink

1 Peeled Lemon
2 Apples
1/2 Habanero (full pepper for more advanced)
3 inches Fresh Ginger
3 inches Fresh Turmeric Root (when available)
1 Cucumber
1 Bunch Celery
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Bunch Parsley (regular or Italian)
1 Handful Fresh Mint

1. Juice all the ingredients
2. Cut final juice amount with 1/3 water.
3. Drink

BEGINNER:
Put through the juicer
1/2” fresh ginger, sliced (more if your prefer) 2 apples (Fuji and Gala are preferred as they are sweeter) Green apple if you have Candida Add water if you want to dilute it a bit.
Add
A dash of Cayenne Pepper (start with the kind from the spice rack and work up to the 90,000 Add: heat unit cayenne pepper

INTERMEDIATE:
Put through the juicer
1 lemon (include small amount of the peel if organic)
2 fresh ginger, slice (more if you prefer)
1 apple (Fuji or Gala for example) Green apple for people with Candida
Add
1 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper (start with the Add: kind from the spice rack and work up to the 90,000 heat unit cayenne pepper or for advanced: half a Habanero

ADVANCED:
Put through the juicer
2 lemons (include small amount of the peel if
organic)
3-6″ fresh ginger , slice (more if you prefer)
Add: 1 tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper (start with the
kind from the spice rack and work up to the 90,000 heat unit cayenne pepper or for advanced: Habanero

OPTIONAL ADDITIONS:
Garlic
Greens (Spinach, Parsley, Cilantro, Kale, dandelion etc…)
