Lou’s Raw Green Smoothie

Try this TASTY, amazing fresh RAW GREEN smoothie with Coconut Almond Yogurt!

Ingredients:

  • — Lou’s Raw living coconut yogurt (see the recipe and how to make it here)

  • 1 bunch CILANTRO

  • 1 bunch SPINACH

  • 1 AVOCADO

  • 1 MANGO, roughly sliced

  • OPTIONAL: 1 HABANERO PEPPER

  • Dash of HIMALAYAN SEA SALT SALT

  • 1/4 cup of  Liyf Essentials

  • 1 THAI YOUNG COCONUT WATER

Preparation for the coconut almond yogurt:
Soak raw almonds overnight, rinse and drain
Blend Almonds & water thoroughly until smooth
Strain mixture through a nut bag or a fine strainer and collect the milk in a bowl.
Pour the milk back into blender and add rest of ingredients. Blend well.

— 2) Toss the RAW LIVING COCONUT ALMOND YOGURT, CILANTRO, SPINACH, AVOCADO, MANGO, HABANERO PEPPER, HIMALAYAN SEA SALT & LIYF ESSENTIALS into your Vita-mix blender, or whatever blender is the best
